Ode to the KitchenAid

I finally put my new KitchenAid mixer to use last night. Chocolate chip cookies (delicious!) and zucchini bread. Tried the shredder attachment for the zucchini... it didn't work as well as I would have liked. Probably didn't turn out how it should, but I had no clue since I've never eaten it before.... at least it looked pretty! :)
