I think most of you know this, but we got rear-ended a couple weeks ago on our way to one of my choir festivals in West Valley. We were completely stopped in traffic and this lady decided that she didn't want to stop and ran right into the back of my car. Interesting evening.... the lady who hit us asked if it was bad to drive on a suspended license... wow. Turns out it was actually expired. She just didn't know what she was talking about... but still! Craziness.
Anyway... we were both fine... I just had a nice knot on my leg from hitting the glove box. After the police came, we were on our way to the choir festival. My kids did great. Straight 1's (which is the best rating you can get) :)
Enjoy the photos. :)
And then the adventure of picking out a new car began....
I thought I wanted a Traverse, but Tony surprised me with a new GMC Acadia. :)

Tony in the sales office. hahaha |

They made me take this ridiculous picture with our salesman, Jonny. |

Welcome to our home, Layla! |
|
After a week of driving her, I finally took that tag off of the seat. |
|
Spacious third row seating for all of those kids that we have. HA! |
|
I still think it's so cool that the door closes by hitting a button. It's the little things.
PS: do you notice someone sneaking into the picture?? :) |
|
He wants to get in so badly. It hasn't happened yet.

Here are some extra photos to enjoy...

Such cuddlers. |

Tony helped me sew new patches onto his ABUs. He was in charge of the seam ripping. Worst job ever. haha |
|
I asked Siri where the nearest cleaning place was.... this was how she responded. ?!? She's fun. |

Tony and I took a trip to check out the new mall in SLC. There's a creek that runs through the entire thing and it also has a retractable glass roof. Pretty awesome. Too bad most of the stores there are for rich people. :P |
