Pretty Birthday Present

My niece, Kinzie, will be turning 3 this summer -- thankfully, we'll be back in Ohio for her birthday party! I wanted to make her something so I decided on a cute skirt. I found an easy tutorial here: http://www.dana-made-it.com/2008/07/tutorial-simple-skirt.html
